Terms of service
These terms govern your use of AgentInterdict and its related website and subscription services. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using AgentInterdict, or by subscribing to any of its paid tiers, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software or service.
2. License
The Community edition of AgentInterdict is free for personal, research, and non-commercial use. This is stated plainly: commercial deployment or commercial use of the Community edition is not covered by that free licence.
Pro, Business, and Enterprise tiers are commercially licensed and are subject to the subscription terms agreed at the point of purchase.
3. Acceptable use
- You will not use AgentInterdict for any unlawful purpose.
- You will not misrepresent the tool's capabilities — in particular, you will not claim it provides model-level safety guarantees or that it makes prompt injection impossible.
- You remain responsible for complying with any obligations that apply to the systems and data you connect to the tool.
4. No warranty
AgentInterdict is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, express or implied. It is designed to reduce and contain persistent-memory and authority-spoofing risk at the runtime boundary, but it does not guarantee security. No warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement is provided.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the maintainer shall not be liable for any damages — direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive — arising out of or related to the use of, or inability to use, AgentInterdict, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Subscriptions
Paid tiers are billed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Except as required by law or statutory rights, there are no automatic refunds. Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund already-charged periods.
7. Open source
The code is open and auditable. You are encouraged to review it and audit its behaviour against our published security model. Open source does not change the licence, warranty, or liability terms above.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of AgentInterdict after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
