Privacy policy

Privacy policy

Effective as of the date of publication. This policy explains what information AgentInterdict collects and how it is handled — across both the open-source tool and the website / subscription service.

Summary

AgentInterdict is local-first. The agent's context — its prompts, retrieved content, tool outputs, and persistent memories — never leaves the operator's machine. The tool does not phone home.

Information we collect

(a) From the website and subscription service:

  • Your email address and name, when you join the waitlist or subscribe (collected through the AgentInterdict control plane).

(b) From the open-source tool:

  • Nothing by default. There is no telemetry and no usage data sent to us. The tool runs entirely on your hardware.

How we use it

  • To send product updates and relevant announcements.
  • To manage subscriptions and licences (Pro / Business / Enterprise) via Stripe.
  • To provide support when you contact us.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Stripe has its own privacy policy, and by subscribing you are also subject to its terms. Refer to Stripe's privacy policy for details on how it handles payment data.

Data retention

Waitlist and subscription data are retained until you request deletion. Local memories written by the tool are the operator's own data and remain on their machine — they are never transmitted to us and are not subject to this policy beyond that guarantee.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you (for example, your waitlist or subscription record). Contact the maintainer via the GitHub repository and we will respond.
